Chinese Evergreen – Description

• Type: Tropical perennial, popular indoor ornamental.

Features:

• Known for its striking, patterned foliage in shades of green, silver, cream, and even red or pink (depending on variety).

• Leaves are broad, lance-shaped, and glossy, arranged on short stems, giving the plant a lush, bushy look.

• Compact, slow-growing plant that adapts beautifully to indoor spaces.

• Occasionally produces small white spathe flowers, similar to peace lilies, though foliage is the main attraction.

Growth Habit:

• Native to tropical and subtropical Asia, especially the Philippines, Malaysia, and China.

Care Requirements:
